"Living Your Best Life at Home"
End of Life- Death Doula support
now available to ensure a peaceful and dignified transition.
Life comes full circle. Growing up on a farm in small town Saskatchewan, helping your neighbor became second nature to me. I am grateful for my diverse background, which has allowed me many opportunities of serving people; Dental Assistant, CPR Instructor, Teacher’s Aide (Blind and hearing-impaired students), Activities Director (Level 3 & 4 Care Home), Keynote Speaker (developed, created and presented an anti-bullying program) and was awarded the Commemorative Medal celebrating the Queen’s Golden Jubilee for that work.
Making a difference is my passion. Two years ago, when my mom was nearing the end of her life, I had the privilege of spending quality time with her, whether helping to bake, work projects around the house or taking her to appointments. When she became unstable on her feet, I would load her up in the wheelchair and take her for walks in their neighborhood. During those special times I realized there is a need. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity.
Life is busy, as a parent to your own family, a child or relative to your loved one, there is often not enough time to be in every place at once. That is where Heart Centred Client Care comes in - to bring companionship and joy to your loved one, and offer you the peace and security knowing that they are not alone.

When faced with the reality of end-of-life, many emotions can arise—fear, uncertainty, sadness, and unfinished matters. You don’t have to go through it alone—I’m here to offer support in many ways.
Life reflection often becomes important as we approach the end of life—revisiting memories, acknowledging achievements, and honoring relationships. I offer support in sorting through what matters most, whether it’s personal belongings, meaningful stories, or unfinished conversations. Together, we can gently navigate unresolved projects or emotional matters that seek closure.
I also assist in creating a plan for the final days: shaping the environment, choosing comforting rituals, and ensuring that your wishes for care and companionship are honored.
As physical decline naturally unfolds, I hold space with calm presence and steady reassurance. My role is to honor spiritual, cultural, and personal preferences while offering emotional steadiness in moments of uncertainty. You are not alone—your experience, values, and comfort remain at the center of everything I do.
Following death, I offer gentle support for family and loved ones as they begin to process the loss and take their first steps through grief.
In essence, a Death Doula is a bridge—helping the dying person find peace in their final days, while also guiding family and friends through the emotional terrain of loss.
